A: For the lowest amount of pulp remaining in your juice I would actually recommend one of the centrifugal style Omega juicers like the model OM1000 and use with the Omega Juicer Filters part number 307225. This juicer will juice almost all fruits and vegetables but will not be very efficient with leafy greens. You mentioned 'balling' the greens up prior to juicing. This will definitely improve your juice yield but will still not be as high as a masticating juicer. Unfortunately masticating juicers do leave a significantly higher percentage of pulp in your juice. Another option is to strain your juice after juicing and go with the masticating juicer.

This is a powerful machine! The Breville Juicer chews through everything with no problems. Clean up is easy. Obviously the screen is a pain to clean but the included brush makes it easy enough.

I love this juicer! Easy to clean and easy to use. I owned a Golden Harvest Imperial juicer for many years. However, my old juicer was difficult to clean and had a narrow opening, so all of my fruits and vegetables had to be cut into small pieces in order to fit.

The Breville is cheap enough to get most people into juicing but well-built enough to last quite a bit of punishment. It's not going to give you as much juice as the masticating juicers, but it's faster to get something juiced and has a quicker clean-up time. From the time it takes me to pull the produce out of my fridge to the time my juicer is clean, it takes about 20 minutes. A very worthy time investment for your health. I looked at all the models. All the prices. All over the internet. I couldn't be happier! We've had it for a week now and use it everyday.
It's powerful, puts out more juice than I thought it would, and my pulp is really quite dry. I couldn't squeeze more juice out of it if I tried. Clean up is clean up and if you expect that it's going to take seconds, you're wrong. But it's worth it. Best thing to do is have a tub of soapy water ready. Rinse it all.
Wash it quick. The blade basket NEEDS to be scrubbed with the brush that comes with it right away. You don't want that drying on!

I bought this Breville Juice Fountain model because of the price and the claims that it was easy to clean. Perhaps folks meant that this Breville Juicer was easy to clean versus other juicer models, because I don't find it easy to clean.
Between breaking down all of the parts, trying to rinse the grater without getting cut, and then dealing with all of the pulp, I rarely use it. On the plus side, I have found some yummy things to do with the pulp. For example, I've made some tasty vegetable stock and stews with it. Otherwise the pulp is great for composting.

This Breville juicer takes 5 minutes to clean, so that's a plus too. When it comes to cleaning, I recommend that you use a plastic bag for the container that takes pulp which then makes for one less part to wash. Then you are left with 4 pieces to wash. Use the brush to brush out the blade basket. There is really nothing bad I can say about the Breville Juice Fountain juicer. I have had it for roughly 6 months and we are in love with it.

However, this Breville Juice Fountain JE98XL juicer has been good to me. I have gone from using it 3 or 4 times a day, to letting it sit for a week at a time. I can fit smaller and medium apples in the Breville Juicer's wide chute, whole.
I juice pineapple without cutting the outer layer/skin off. I juice watermelon with the rind. I juice herbs and spinach. A tip: Put something heavy in before your smaller greens and herbs, then put something heavy on top of them. You'll get more juice out of them that way. This Breville Juicer is decent for cleaning, but I wonder if it were shaped just a little differently if there would be a way to get to the cracks better, as well as the little mouth where the juice pours into the pitcher. I can't complain much, though, since this is the only juicer I have ever had.
